He is a consultant Primary Care Physician (Family Physician) with sector-specific interests in Primary and Universal Health Care, Noncommunicable Diseases, Health Promotion, Health Policy and Financing, and Health Systems Strengthening. He is very passionate about rural community development/empowerment through a total human development (health, educational, economic and social) and as well in business/enterprise development. He has experiences spanning different levels of health care, community engagement and human development through his education, work and volunteering. With a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery - MBBS, from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria- Nigeria, Graduate Manager with NIM(Chartered), a Proficiency Certificate in Management, MSc Public Health (In View) and several short courses including LMIH from University of Washington, and others from IDF, ICRC and WHO.
